What delegates have said about our courses:

"Great course, so informative and enjoyable."

"Excellent course. I learnt lots of useful hints and tips!"

Kept us involved - very relevant exercises. Trainer very informative and encouraged discussion."

Our training aims to give delegates not just the information they need but also the tools and confidence to use it.

Our training is very practical - we understand what you need to know to tackle the problems tenants are facing, and we deliver the training in an interactive format using real life case studies.

We normally deliver over 200 face-to-face training courses a year and have been providing training to many our customers for over 15 years.

For 2020 we have moved our training online - whilst keeping out informal and engaging style - we are delivering training on the everyday practicalities of UC for housing and advice professionals.

Why book?
Universal Credit is more complex than anyone expected and those complexities are causing huge problems for claimants.

This is particularly true for EEA Nationals who, in addition to the normal eligibility rules, also have to pass the Habitual Residence Test.

This involves navigating a complex set of rules and often they are being refused UC when they are in fact entitled.

This course aims to give delegates the knowledge and confidence to advice EEA Nationals and signpost them for appropriate advice where necessary.

Devised to build on the UC knowledge delegates already have and give them a deeper understanding of how UC works, where it goes wrong and how to put it right!

Book this course for just £55+vat per delegate on our open course.
