1. Online Workshops
Led by experts, our range of online workshops explore the detail of current Universal Credit  'hot topics'.

Designed to be engaging, informative and interactive, participants will gain a deeper understanding of the topic area.

Each workshop will last between 2-3 hours, and will include a presentation, Q&A session, exercises to reinforce learning, discussion of useful tools and an action plan.

With a maximum of 16 on each workshop, participants have the opportunity to delve into some of the current issues affecting UC claimants so that they are able to offer appropriate help and advice.
2. E-learning suite
We have developed a suite of informative E-Learning courses providing the depth of knowledge required by those working in the housing and advice sectors.

All our courses are developed by experts. Each course is 60-90 minutes long, with plenty of examples, quizzes, and hints and tips along the way.

Courses can be purchased in a number of ways, from a one-off course at £20+vat per learner,  to taking out an annual E-Learning subscription where everyone working at the subscribing organisation has unlimited access to the full range of courses.

Continually updated and expanded our range of engaging and inspiring Universal Credit E-Learning courses is perfect for gaining new knowledge or keeping your knowledge fresh and up to date.
3. Blended learning packages
Perfect for small numbers and those working from home, our Blended Learning Packages offer the same content as our traditional face-to-face training by combining a mix of online learning, tasks and face-to-face group work.

Learners move through a series of modules at a time and pace that suits them and their workload.

These courses can be purchased for one learner or a large number of learners and - as with our in-house training - we can develop a course that suits your needs.

4. In-house training
Our popular face-to-face in-house training has - for the time being- been moved on-line.

Our full days courses are available to groups of up to 16 learners, and are generally run over two half days, sessions running from 9.30am - 12.30pm.

Learners will be provided with a work book in advance of the training - for those essential exercises and case studies - and will be expected to have access to a screen as well as another internet enabled devise (such as a tablet of smart phone) so that they can participate fully in all the discussions and quizzes.

5. Conference
