Designed to be engaging, informative and interactive, our training enables participants to gain a deeper understanding of the topic area so that they have the information and tools needed to assist claimants.

Open online workshops

Our online workshop programme offers courses for new starters as well as for those who need the detail on Universal Credit hot topics: there's something for everyone.

Designed to be engaging, informative and interactive, participants will achieve a deeper understanding of the topic area and gain confidence when advising customers.

With a maximum of 16 on each workshop, participants are encouraged to ask questions so that they are able to make the most of the session.

Delivered through online workshops or blended learning packages.

We deliver a full range of Universal Credit and benefits related courses - designed for you and tailored to your needs to ensure learners make the most of the training session/s.

Generally run over one or more 3 hour workshops, with a maximum of 16 delegates per course.

Blended Learning Programmes

Perfect for those working from home, our blended learning packages combine a mix of e-learning, online workshops, quizzes and tasks.

Learners each have a personal learning account and move through a series of modules at a time and pace to suit their workload.

We deliver our UC: The Essentials course several times a year - which is an open course, as well as delivering several bespoke in-house blended learning packages.

We have developed a suite of informative e-Learning courses providing the depth of knowledge required by those working in the housing and advice sectors.

All our courses are developed by experts. Most courses are 60-90 minutes long, with plenty of examples, quizzes, and hints and tips along the way.
