Our e-learning courses range from Introductory to Advanced. They are very different from other e-learning courses as they take a deep look into the benefit system, highlight the issues and problems that many claimants face and provide hints and tips along the way.

We’re always working on updating existing courses to ensure they all stay fully up-to-date with trends and legislation - as well as developing new ones.

We have decided to make this new one 'open access' as it is such an important topic.
