Housing Systems: Combating poverty and sustaining tenancies.
Claimants with Covid-19, or who are self-isolating or looking after a child (or qualifying young person) with Covid or self-isolating can be treated as having limited capability  without having to provide any medical evidence or undergo a work capability assessment. This has been extended to March 22nd 2022.
Assessment Criteria

Claimants are assessed under the Work Capability Assessment; if they are deemed unfit for work, they will either have a Limited Capability for Work or a Limited Capability for Work and Work Related Activities.
