Welfare Reform: The Essentials - outline
The changes in 2019 present a new challenge to claimants and advisers alike. New opportunities are opened up to avoid UC, whereas the Two Child Limit rules under UC will see many families worse off. Then there's the challenge of Managed Migration. This course bring participants up to date with the main changes and enables them to advice their residents on the best ways of avoiding pitfalls and problems, to ensure they are getting all the benefits that they are entitled to.
