The changes in 2019 present a new challenge to claimants and advisers alike. New opportunities are opened up to avoid UC, whereas there are still plenty problems areas to investigate. Then there's the challenge of Managed Migration pilot. This course bring participants up to date with the main changes and enables them to advice their residents on the best ways of avoiding pitfalls and problems, to ensure they are getting all the benefits that they are entitled to.
This course assumes delegates have a basic understanding of UC, how it is claimed, assessed and paid.
