Many Universal Credit claimants are not receiving all the UC they are entitled to due to errors and omissions when their UC award is assessed.
This Workshop looks at the various Elements that make up a claimant's Maximum UC award. It focuses on the problem areas where claimant's could be missing out and how a claimant can rectify this.
This Workshop will give participants the information they need to help a claimant check whether their Maximum UC figure has been assessed correctly or not.

Special rules for Mixed Age Couples
Led by experts, this workshop is one in our range of online workshops that explore the detail of current Universal Credit 'hot topics'.
Designed to be engaging, informative and interactive, the workshop enables participants to gain a deeper understanding of the topic area.
Each workshop will last around 2 hours, and will include a presentation, Q&A session, exercises to reinforce learning, discussion of useful tools and an action plan.
With a maximum of 12 on each workshop, participants have the opportunity to delve into some of the current issues affecting UC claimants so that they are able to offer appropriate help and advice.
