Our Conference will run if there are fifty or more delegates booked on.
If we are unable to run the Conference due to low numbers we will refund any payment already made.
If you cancel your booking outright less than a week before the Conference we will still require payment in full.
Transfers - You are free to transfer places between employees within your organisation at no extra cost but please let us know in good time as joining information is emailed/sent to each delegate individually.
In the unlikely case of the Conference having to be cancelled by Housing Systems due to an emergency, we will do our best to agree a new delivery date no later than a month after the original, with no extra cost. If the Conference cannot be delivered as planned at an alternative date a full refund of the booking fee will be given.
We will endeavour to allow uninterrupted access to the Conference and we offer a technical “test call” to ensure that you are able to use Teams and join in the Conference as appropriate. We cannot accept responsibility for any technical issues that are outside of our control.
Equally we will try to sort out any access issues on the day of the Conference, but cannot be held responsible if the issue is as a result of your own internet/phone connections.
All invoices are payable whether or not the delegate/s attended the Conference.
If failure to attend was due to a technical issue then please provide the full details together with the day and time they joined the pre-Conference 'test call' as offered by Housing Systems, together with details of contact made with the Housing Systems technical team on the day. Where access to the Conference was not at all possible and it can be shown that this is totally due to technical issues caused by Housing Systems that remained unresolved then the invoice will be cancelled.
