Booking a place:
To book one (or more) places on our on-line Workshops, Blended Learning Programmes or Conferences please select the session/s from the list below and follow the instructions.

You can book more than one place per session and for different events.

Payments can be made online via Paypal with a credit card - or opt to receive an invoice.

Terms
Workshops and Blended learning Sessions will run if there are eight or more delegates booked on. Webinars will run if there are 20 or more delegates booked on, and Conferences will run if there are 50 or more delegates booked on.

If we are unable to run an event due to low numbers we will set a new date. We can also refund any payment already made or can transfer the booking to another event if both parties agree.

If you cancel your booking less than a week before delivery we will require payment in full.

Transfers - You are free to transfer places between employees within your organisation at no extra cost but please let us know.

In the unlikely case of an event having to be cancelled by Housing Systems due to an emergency, we will do our best to agree a new delivery date no later than a month after the original, with no extra cost. If the course or a replacement course cannot be delivered a full refund of the booking fee will be given.
