It examines the rules for APA MPTLs and Third Party Deductions as well as the potential impact of sanctions. It also explores areas where claimants could be missing out on back payments of UC.

Led by experts, this two half day workshops is designed to be engaging, informative and interactive. The workshop enables participants to gain a deeper understanding of the topic area.
The workshop will last 3 hours, and will include a presentation, Q&A session, exercises to reinforce learning, discussion of useful tools and an action plan.
