When completing PIP2 questionnaires, challenging PIP decisions and also when trying to establish if a decision maker has made the correct decision, it can be very useful to refer to previous decisions made by the Upper-tier Tribunal or the courts, which decision makers and the First-tier Tribunal should take into account when they make their decisions.
PIP is a relatively new benefit and the Regulations can seem confusing and open to different interpretations. So it is useful to keep up to date with the Upper-tier Tribunal decisions.
