Universal Credit: the Essentials

Need training for front line staff that tackles the practicalities of UC?

"Extremely useful and really well done course. I am more confident to advice customers with their UC queries. The e-learning courses were really informative and covered everything that was required. The information was easy to follow and the quizzes at the end were also really good at testing understanding. All information I found very relevant, particularly to my line of work. The case studies in the workshops were a useful tool that put the information we had learned into real life scenarios.
The posted hand outs were a lovely interactive touch and the trainer was very informative and engaging."

This blending learning programme over 10 weeks combines e-learning, quizzes and online workshops to give those working with social housing tenants a thorough understanding of Universal Credit and the issues surrounding it.

The tutor will be available throughout the course for support and quick one-to-one meetings.
